Host a Student
The international students in our program live in a French or bilingual community, where their host family welcomes them with open arms and makes them feel like they belong.
They take part in family activities, get to meet grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, and have the opportunity to make many friends at school and in the community.
This is an enriching, unique and unforgettable cultural experience for the students and the host families, creating lifelong bonds!

Patricio from Mexico fell in love with the Canadian winter! Enrolled in Grade 8 at the Arc-en-ciel School in Oromocto, he participated in the the New Brunswick French International Student Program during the 2015-2016 school year.
Although he only knew a few words in French when he arrived at the beginning of the school year, thanks to his efforts and support from his teacher, his host family and his new friends, he learned by leaps and bounds.
