We support a collaborative approach to meeting the needs of both school drop-outs and people who are unemployed.

The whole community has a role to play in helping lower the drop-out rate and in assisting unemployed people in their search for work. These responsibilities should not rest solely on the shoulders of government institutions.

Our economic future depends on trying a variety of approaches aimed at allowing as many young people as possible to develop their personal and social skills to their full potential. By sharing resources and expertise, we can better help those who find it difficult to take advantage of traditional training opportunities and, as a result, fail to find work.
