Réjean Boudreau is a senior executive with Assumption Life for over 20 years. As a president, chief of organizational development, he is responsible for the sound management of human resources, corporate communications and the sponsorship and donations program, and oversees the remuneration of a network of 7,000 brokers.
In addition to his professional background, Mr. Boudreau is very involved in his community such as the Cooperative Movement, as Chairman of the Board of the Coopérative jeunesse de services de Dieppe, Secretary and Treasurer of the Fonds intercoopératif de développement-Acadie and secretary of the Board of Directors of the Coopérative de développement régional Acadie.
Mr. Boudreau holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Université de Moncton, and also holds the professional designation of CHRP in human resources management.
