René has been the executive director of CBDC Kent since 2011. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from l'Université de Moncton. Between 2003 and 2010, he was the commercial accounts manager with Caisse populaire Kent-Nord. He has worked extensively in his community, in particular with young people.

His many contributions include being a committee member with the local minor soccer league, acting as president of the Saint-Louis/Saint-Ignace Chamber of Commerce, president of the parent school support committee at Marée Montante School, president of the Kent Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative and member of his municipality's strategic planning committee. He lives in Saint-Louis de Kent.

Marc-André BOUCHER
Vice President

Marc-André has a bachelor’s of business administration, with a concentration in management, from l'Université de Moncton. He joined PAC’s board of directors in 2012, bringing considerable experience in regional development, as well as a keen interest in establishing community partnerships.  

He works as a Business Development Officer for Moncton Industrial Development (MID) in the promotion of industrial development through the establishment and development of the industrial parks within the City of Moncton.  Prior to joining MID he was Business Development Director with Expansion Dieppe. 



A community program officer with the RCMP, Lise has been a member of PAC's executive committee since 2009. She firmly believes that a community approach to education and social development is the key to preventing and reducing crime. Her view is that if we work together, we will be better able provide enriching and rewarding options for our young people.

Lise earned a diploma in youth care work at the NBCC - Miramichi Campus. She is also certified in the field of non-profit management, and has recently completed a bachelor's degree in community studies with a minor in psychology at Cape Breton University. Lise is a parent and lives in a small community in Kent County.


Marie-France DOUCET

Marie-France joined PAC’s executive committee in the fall of 2014. She works as a councillor for the head office of the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) in the Business, Arts & Tourism, Information Technology & Office Administration sectors. Before joining the CCNB, she was the Executive Director of the Pays de la Sagouine.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing option) and an MBA from l’Université de Moncton. From 2010 to 2012, Marie-France was president of the university’s alumni association, where she further developed her interest in working with young people, and to help them succeed. She lives in Dieppe.




Yves is the President of Consultation Gagnon Strategix Consulting Inc. He has a Project Management Professional designation in addition to his Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in accounting. He has worked as an auditor and served for many years as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Campbellton.

He has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors as a project management consultant. Yves has extensive governance experience and recently served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Université de Moncton, where he chaired its Audit Committee.


Réjean Boudreau is a senior executive with Assumption Life for over 20 years. As a vice-president, chief of organizational development, he is responsible for the sound management of human resources, corporate communications and the sponsorship and donations program, and oversees the remuneration of a network of 7,000 brokers.

In addition to his professional background, Mr. Boudreau is very involved in his community such as the Cooperative Movement, as Chairman of the Board of the Coopérative jeunesse de services de Dieppe, Secretary and Treasurer of the Fonds intercoopératif de développement-Acadie and secretary of the Board of Directors of the Coopérative de développement régional Acadie.

Mr. Boudreau holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Université de Moncton, and also holds the professional designation of CHRP in human resources management.

Mireille ROY

Mireille Roy currently occupies the position of senior program officer for Status of Women Canada. She manages projects in Atlantic Canada to break down systemic barriers in institutions that limit the advancement of women and girls towards gender equality. Mireille is passionate about everything that aims to improve quality of life for the individuals, women, young people and less skilled workers.

She has a bachelor’s degree in French Studies and Geography, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from l’Université de Moncton. Born and raised in Robertville, New Brunswick, she now lives in Cocagne with her spouse.
